Very good communication.

The material seems robust, it still took us almost 4 hours to assemble everything trampoline + safety net + ladder. The downside is the assembly instructions (without going to the extreme of a flat-pack furniture ***) Some indications are missing, especially when bridging the legs, it would have been wise to specify to pay attention to the position of the holes... once set, very difficult to remove and then put back.

I am not disappointed with my purchase, the material seems robust and especially having had the opportunity to try other types of trampolines, this one really bounces well compared to the cheaper brands, I recommend without hesitation.

My purchase was by phone. The attention and interest that the two ladies gave me deserve the highest rating, especially the saleswoman to whom I promised to call but unfortunately lost the number and her, I think I remember, exotic name. Please convey my gratitude to her. The material is excellent, very strong and easy to assemble, although the assembly instructions drawings could be improved. Its price, compared to other products of this kind, is above average, it is the most expensive. Thanks again for your diligence and attention. Best regards.

Super quality, beautiful product, which entertains both adults and children. Quite long to assemble, but no particular difficulties. The children are delighted!

Delivery okay, no problem, date and time slot respected, good quality product, to see in use, however the system for fixing the side nets is too fragile, it breaks, so I had to fix them differently than in the instructions to prevent them from breaking.

Fast delivery, assembly quite long and not easy especially for the protective net bars.

No surprises. Delivery ok: the appointment for half a day would be more practical than for a full day. Assembly instructions correct, it should be noted on the packages the names of the parts indicated in the manual: time-saving for assembly! Otherwise, super trampoline: my three children (12/11 and 7 years old) are delighted. The oval is large and does not take up much space in the garden.

I ordered a protective net. It was delivered to me by a carrier who contacted me to confirm the delivery day. Everything went well. Regarding the net, I find that the quality has improved compared to the first purchase and I congratulate you. The assembly is very simple. I took the opportunity to check the entire trampoline. It is in perfect condition even though it has been exposed to the elements for 6 years, summer and winter. I am really very satisfied with all your products!

Small issues with delivery: protective net of the wrong size and some questions during assembly that the instructions did not explain. When I decided to buy a trampoline, I consulted my friends and I have friends who have a trampoline from France Trampoline for 6 years. Given its impeccable condition all this time, I ordered without hesitation and as my friends pointed out, if you want to change a part that is starting to wear out, no problem since there is a manufacturing follow-up.

I have assembled and used several trampolines, including some *** This one is of much better quality. More robust, better thought out, better bounce. In short, it's the best I've used so far. The delivery was made before the announced deadlines and it fell perfectly for my son's birthday. To finish with the negative points: I find it a shame that for an oval trampoline, the ladder is not at the ends (to benefit from the length). Plastic ties should be provided to secure the protective socks for the net poles (because they fall off).

Excellent, an extra trampoline that brings joy to the whole family. The product is of excellent quality and seems made to last. From order to delivery, nothing to say. In addition to comfort for the assembly experience, it would be good to have more detailed advice on setting up the jumping mat with the very numerous springs. This is the difficult point of assembly. So better advice, a tool to put the spring without pinching fingers and a way to remove the springs when there has been an assembly error...

Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...

I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)
