Very fast delivery

Product delivered quickly - Average packaging upon receipt - Excellent after-sales service. A few small issues noticed during the assembly of the trampoline but quickly resolved. 3 happy boys for 6 months!! I highly recommend.

It takes 3 people to assemble (3m90). Assembly instructions very well explained, with drawings. The children are delighted: the jumping mat is very soft.

Reliable structure, good tension of the jumping mat. Adults have as much fun as the children.

Very big delivery issue and the carrier (KN) was rude, incorrect with an obvious lack of professionalism. The company France Trampoline was present and responsive to the problem, even if unfortunately they remain powerless in the transport world!

Trampoline purchased in 2009, still followed which is practical for accessories and wear parts, and even better improvements to the equipment (safety net now equipped with a frame 100% satisfaction from the children and teenagers using it and the parents too for this booster 430 and especially the most important when buying remotely, a telephone service for advice, assistance available with real people!

An honest and effective customer service that, when I asked them for details about the delivery, did not promise a timeframe they could not keep.

Delivery in a few days but unfortunately it's at the order that we know the product is out of stock so too late for the children's birthday gift. The carrier is supposed to make an appointment for delivery. Which is not the case at all.
