Very good product, corresponds totally.

Very good trustworthy site with very fast shipping, however the delivery with the carrier was a bit complicated. Had to take two mornings off my work time only to end up having to call each time because the delivery was not made at the agreed times or not made at all! For the quality, I cannot judge since it is a Christmas gift!

Professionalism of the delivery company: I had people on the phone who even called me back to ask why I hadn't sent my email to change the date and delivery address as agreed by phone in the morning (but it was due to an error in my email address). Just that a small plastic part at the base of the head that holds the net in the air was broken despite an undamaged package (surely the parts bumped during transport) the pallet was brought to my garage. As for the assembly, I did it alone for the trampoline in 2 hours including unpacking the parts and this without any problem even though I am just a mom. 2 more hours for the stakes, the spring protection, the net, and the ladder. The only difficulty for the assembly where you need to be two is to thread the whale into the upper part of the protective net and to fix it on the heads of the posts because you need to be tall. Delighted with this purchase and a little one over the moon
