I wanted to thank you for your efficiency, indeed when I placed the order indicating that I wanted to be delivered within 2 days if possible (my daughter's birthday...). I received a call from you 30 minutes after my request offering me a slight contribution to the shipping costs via Chronopost. Result: the next morning the trampoline was in my garden (24 hours between my validation and receipt!!!). Great, my little girl's surprise was perfect. Thank you again.

No problem except that I did not receive an invoice. For the manual, step 2 of the Oxygen guide can mislead regarding the positioning of the spring holes and the fixing holes of the foot connection tubes. The drawing of the holes on the diagrams would facilitate understanding.

The only downside is that I ordered a product that was out of stock, but this was well indicated at the time of order and the restocking time was well respected (one week). Hello, I am very satisfied with the trampoline, however regarding the delivery, it is more than bad. I received a call the day before telling me that I would be delivered the next day between 2 PM and 4 PM, so I stayed at home. At 5 PM, seeing no one arrive, I called. The person on the line had the carrier on the line who was in Caudry, about 15 km from my home, and that I was his last delivery. So I waited until 8 PM and no one came, not a call, no email, etc. I called the next morning and no one could inform me. I called back early in the afternoon and was told that the delivery person was in my street. I could have not been at home since I was waiting for him the day before between 2 PM and 4 PM. He dropped off my package without further explanation. I wanted to inform you about this. Best regards.

The trampoline is great, nice, apparently solid, and perfectly suitable for my grandchildren. It was delivered very quickly, in accordance with what the site indicates, and the carrier (who came with a gigantic truck over 3.80m high) made every effort necessary to deliver by backing through an orchard. Only problem: the instructions for assembling the ladder are not clear, and even after much effort I am not sure we assembled it correctly.
