The product is of good quality and seems robust (the years will tell, but we have friends who have had this product for 6 years), however I found that the quality of your assembly instructions is average to mediocre (unclear diagram, vague explanation). This is, in my view, unfortunate because it is the first contact of the customer with your product and the first impression is always lasting. Super fast delivery, less than 5 days after the order. Quality of the material present. Ovalia 490 model with net, ladder, and football net. I contacted customer service for information and got a response 10 minutes later. I assembled it all by myself in 6h30... it was the first time I assembled one.

Defective part in the received package. new part sent express by france-trampoline but a bit of time lost between the reception of the first package (Friday afternoon) and the spare part (Tuesday morning)
