Top quality material, solid, easy but physical installation, you need at least 2 people for assembly, even 3 at certain moments. The kids are thrilled. And I am very happy to have chosen this oval model which is different, pleases the children and is practical for acrobatic figures! My only downside is about the delivery, I had to call twice because the carrier gave no sign of life.

The service was excellent. They had a very tight delivery time and it even arrived three days earlier than expected.

The only thing I miss is not being able to exchange it for a larger one and pay the difference, but with common sense, they kindly told me that there is no possibility of repurchase. My daughter is delighted, but when we parents use it, with the 2.5-meter one, it is just right. Maybe one that is one meter more, which fits on my terrace, would be better.
