Regarding France trampoline, I had a screw shorter than the others for assembling the protective net, an email to customer service and 4 days later a set of 12 new screws arrived at home without spending a single cent. Delivery ok. Good product, requires two people for assembly. Very clear explanations. On the safety side, nothing to complain about, it's solid, you can feel it from the assembly through the hardness of the elements. The kids have been jumping on it for several days and they are delighted.

Product completely in line with what I imagined: solid and qualitative. Assembly is a bit long, but easy. The only negative point: the protective cover is not suitable when the protective net is put on.

In the problems I had with the carrier who did not want to deliver the items to the address in post restante that I had given, France Trampoline was very nice and efficient!

Prices a bit high for trampoline maintenance (the mat and cushions need to be changed after 4 years and the net after 5 years)... However, excellent technical support and perfect responsiveness.

The trampoline seems to be of very good quality. For assembly, count 1 hour. However, for the order sent on Saturday, delivery possible on Monday in 8, that is 10 days after the purchase. Received on Wednesday (due to my availability) very nice delivery person. Thank you.
