Good product that meets our expectations. However, delivery service was mediocre: they kept us waiting all day and did not come. New contact the next morning without even an apology, to inform us that the truck would not come to our house, that we had to agree on a meeting place to avoid maneuvers, even though we have had the opportunity to welcome trucks without any problems... Unnecessary precaution and moreover not requested by the driver himself according to him.

Very good French quality. Delivery without problems in the province and at my vacation spot, perfect service quality from the carrier. Easy assembly. The only small downside is the manual! It could be better detailed according to the trampoline model. We lost time finding parts we didn't have (since it was the small model). The kids are delighted and so are we.
