New contact the next morning without even an apology, to inform us that the truck would not come to our house, that we had to agree on a meeting place to avoid maneuvers, even though we have had the opportunity to welcome trucks without any problems... Fast delivery. The material (trampoline pad) is of good quality. Written instructions would be welcome to install the pad correctly and quickly. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Very good French quality. Delivery without problems in the province and at my vacation spot, perfect service quality from the carrier. Easy assembly. The only small downside is the manual! It could be better detailed according to the trampoline model. We lost time finding parts we didn't have (since it was the small model). The kids are delighted and so are we.
