Delivery as planned, good quality

I live in Switzerland and I have a postal box in France but it only accepts Colissimo or Chronopost! Many Swiss do this when they live not too far from the border! It's not bad either! We don't necessarily have a private address in France, because of the carriers! Because for us in Switzerland, customs fees are very expensive. If we live in France, it's great but for me who orders from Switzerland, it's a bit annoying. Plus, they are very nice at the phone.

The trampoline completely meets our expectations (design, robustness, finishes). Long hours of fun for our children... I didn't give the fifth star because the delivery was quite chaotic.

Clear, precise, and compliant. Nothing to say (except that 🙂 ) !!! Be sure to test the compliance of the accessories sold!!! When installing the protective net of the trampoline, I had to shorten the fiberglass rod by 26 cm to close it!!

Robust trampoline and fairly easy assembly. Some doubts sometimes but the assembly videos found online can help. Small downside for the delivery person who left the package in front of the street because he didn't want to back into our yard even though 2 trucks can fit in there... anyway... otherwise we are delighted. We will judge the rest later with time... but the quality is there.

An 'oversight' in preparing the order was quickly recovered after a phone call to customer service. Very efficient phone reception and quick delivery after this little hiccup. Excellent quality material that the whole family enjoys. The 4.30 m is the ideal model for a fairly sporty trampoline.

Good product, of good quality, easy to assemble. It would just need a few extra small elements like a nut, a spring, and an elastic in case of an assembly problem. Also, reinforce the ladder a bit which seems a bit less sturdy than the rest.
