The product is of good quality and seems robust (the years will tell, but we have friends who have had this product for 6 years), however I found that the quality of your assembly instructions is average to mediocre (unclear diagram, vague explanation). This is, in my view, unfortunate because it is the first contact of the customer with your product and the first impression is always lasting. Here is a comment that aims to be constructive and I hope it will be useful to you. Of course, I do not forget to specify that the children (but also the parents!!) are having a blast!
