Very good, good product, simple assembly, pleasant use.
Very nice color for this hammock and good quality. For the fixing kit, it would need slightly longer cords (5m instead of 3). Otherwise, it's perfect.
Negative: The carrier made an appointment without checking the presence of all the packages. Assembly instructions not always precise enough. Assembly clamp not very practical. Positive: the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. We will have to see its durability over time.

Easy assembly. No issues with the parts. Used it for only 24 hours but seems to be of very good quality. The only downside is for the transport aspect. Impossible to have the transporter's number to arrange an appointment. No delivery date. Only a call from the delivery person when in front of the house while we were at work. We had to urgently arrange with the neighbors for them to receive it. Otherwise, 5 stars. France Trampoline should improve this logistics.

Quality of service and advice not detailed enough. The product could be better described, I did not understand that the trampoline net was inside the trampoline and that the trampofoot could not fit. The ladder purchased does not touch the ground, too bad! Impossible to make a trench along the trampoline, so the ladder is unsuitable for the product!

I ordered the Apollo sport trampoline. It was delivered quickly and without any problems. The assembly took a bit long but we took our time and it is a very large trampoline. Now everyone is having fun, the children, the adults, and even the guests are enjoying it. We are delighted. Thank you France Trampoline. P.S.: we ordered the protective skirt that goes around because we have very young children and a dog, it's perfect!! It fits perfectly to the trampoline and is easy to set up. An essential accessory.

Very good material, good quality. However, for the delivery... very average rating... impossible to give a delivery slot (morning or afternoon for example) and thus obliged to wait all day for the delivery person!!!!! This is very complicated when you work....
Excellent quality of the product
The trampoline is of excellent quality and for the price, you really get your money's worth; the assembly guide is well done and we progress without difficulty. However, a downside regarding the installation of the safety net which is delivered in another box with an overly brief assembly notice and we had to start over after making a mistake. The assembly should be as precise as for the trampoline. It would be perfect, even for novices!

Easy assembly (only one person though), assembly instructions a bit unclear (need to nitpick a bit). Total satisfaction from the children who have left their consoles and the TV, as well as from the parents. Bounce is more than sufficient :-))) Solid appearance of the product, quality seems to be there, given the first contacts, no worries about any future after-sales service..... No action with France Trampoline but friends leave with their contact details....
