Trampoline ordered on Sunday evening, received on Wednesday. Very fast delivery, easy to assemble and of very good quality. I do not regret this purchase

Very good product, good overall quality of materials, fast delivery and without problems but better to have it delivered to the workplace.

The site is very well done with the possibility to compare different offers. Once the order is placed, delivery is quick in the form of a half-palette with two boxes: 1 for the trampoline and 1 for the net. Assembly is done without problems if you consult the manual especially regarding the spring attachment; it is indeed necessary to respect the recommendations to attach the springs without effort. The material seems solid upon first contact; to be seen in use under weather conditions.

Good information in general except the waiting time a bit too long between the bank withdrawal and the carrier's call in case one does not check the package tracking (my case) maybe insist more on the tracking info preparation by passing the info instead of the customer doing the search. Carrier call and time slot: very good.

Nothing negative to say, we are very satisfied, if only it could be the same with other suppliers. Only small issue, a rod that should have been filtered was not, could you send us one just for safety. It is a rod that secures the protection by the net.

Very good material, excellent quality of materials. My only regret: the assembly booklet still lacks clarity, the assembly phases are not yet sufficiently clear. Moreover, the provided tool (pliers) is really not practical for assembling the legs; I had to use a multi-grip pliers.

Currently satisfied with the product. Assembly is quite easy with a minimum of 2 people for more convenience. However, be cautious about the resistance of the materials to weather conditions. Strongly advise a cover type protection or to disassemble it in winter and store it in a dry and clean place.

A clear and well-detailed website, the product received corresponds well to the order. The deadlines are respected. The assembly is simple and well explained. The only downside: the carrier, although very pleasant on the phone, cannot give a delivery time (this forces you to take an entire day off to be sure to be present for the trampoline delivery).

Aside from an expedited delivery, I am satisfied because the trampoline meets my expectations in terms of safety, sturdiness, and my children are thrilled. The only downside is that I couldn't install the free trampofoot because a strap is missing, and my children are eagerly waiting to try it. Good quality trampoline. It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to install it with 2 people. One small issue, I think there should be a zipper on the safety net instead of a Velcro opening because my 3-year-old son fell through. The delivery person delivered in 2 separate packages; for the first one, he contacted us and we stayed home to receive the goods, but the second time we were not notified. Luckily our neighbor was in the garden at that moment and was able to retrieve the package.

We are very happy with our purchase. Delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Count two hours for two people anyway 🙂 The girls are delighted and so are we!! We recommend the site with pleasure!

Compliant with the advertisement. The product seems robust, we will see over time. The small plastic ladder of very average quality. The fixing rods on the upper post of the net need to be reviewed, as they are difficult to put in place and easily come off.
