Relatively high shipping costs, given the distance... but excellent service for everything else.

A lot of information on the site, complemented by a phone call (also very professional). Ordered on Wednesday evening and delivered on time. The only slight mishap was that the delivery person was supposed to call before delivering, and the first time, he called when he was in front of our house:-( and we weren't there. Nothing to say about the delivery that took place the next day.

The site is well designed and very clear. The delivery was very fast. As for the product, we can't say anything yet, as it will only be unpacked at Christmas and assembled in the spring.

Delivered on time, very good, packaging a bit damaged, I hope nothing is missing as I haven't unpacked the package yet.

Hello, We ordered a trampoline. The assembly was clear and easy. Additionally, we had a problem with the assembly of the net. We contacted the hotline on a Friday at 6 PM and received the missing part the following Wednesday. Kudos to the whole team. With service like this, it's a pleasure to buy French.
