So for the trampoline: Excellent, it's sturdy, the fiberglass ring reinforces the trampoline and holds the net well. The France-Trampoline site: Excellent, only one remark: The Jump'up model has a fiberglass ring, but this is not marked in the technical description. The delay and delivery: Excellent, The satisfaction questionnaire: Unsatisfactory.

We are very satisfied with the product we purchased from France trampoline, the children too. The assembly does not require special skills, the instruction manual is well detailed, I assembled it partly alone. It is a quality product that combines safety with the net whose supports are integrated with the legs down to the ground, the ladder to access the trampoline, and the aesthetics of the product is very well finished, thank you also for the very competent carrier delivery.
A very good product, the kids love it. The delivery was without issues and the delivery person was very nice to place the trampoline at the other end of our yard. I recommend.

Very good quality-price ratio for the trampoline, package received in good condition but average delivery service. Order placed on 25/04 and received on 03/05, correct delay, but one day blocked at home waiting for delivery. Already the time slot for the appointment between 9 am and 3 pm was too wide but when around 3:30 pm I call the delivery company that I still have not been delivered, they inform me that the delivery has been postponed between 3 pm and 6 pm and that they are sorry for forgetting to inform me... not great. Luckily I was on vacation that day, the delivery finally took place in the evening around 6 pm and it was compliant.

The product meets our expectations
Service, delivery and packaging impeccable. Instructions quite clear, except for the safety net part which was only in Italian and incorrect (the bottom of the support poles for the net does not touch the ground in the instructions). Still regarding installation, one or two screws, washers and other hardware as surplus would not be a luxury. However, nothing was missing in the packages. The material smells good quality once installed and the children are already delighted.
SUPER! Reactivity in the order, impeccable delivery, relatively simple assembly done with my 9-year-old son. Also worth mentioning, a great after-sales service to send me (for free) a rod for the upper frame, allowing to better tension the net at the top! In short, this is a game already used daily for 1 month when it doesn't rain, which is a bit difficult for now.... Thank you!

Trampoline seems to be of very good quality. Received quite quickly despite an order placed during the holidays.
Very good delivery time despite the Ascension holidays. Very good quality material and very well designed compared to what we see blooming in gardens. Many friends invested three times less than me but had to reinvest because those products were of poor quality and degraded in less than a year. For my part, I bought the Ovalie and I am completely confident with my three children, and I am sure it will last for many years.
Ultra-fast customer service but shipping costs higher than the material provided. Since we bought it (3 years ago), our trampoline gives us complete satisfaction.
