Great product and top delivery

Very good execution. I received the product custom-made. Everything as discussed and the trampoline mat fits perfectly. Even the delivery time is manageable for a handmade product. I am very satisfied with the result, thank you very much.

Easy to use.

The product seems to be of good quality, the size fits perfectly (4.30m), with drainage holes for rainwater, which I have been looking for for some time. The installation is simple and the attachment system is also effective. The small downside I would mention about this product is the number of retaining elastics, which is 8 and too spaced out for such a large diameter; 12 would have been more suitable for better stability in case of wind. The tarp tends to move and needs to be frequently repositioned on the trampoline, too bad!

Octopulse trampoline excellent! Allows for jump sequences and figures impossible on classic round trampolines. Bought for 3 teenagers aged 11 to 15. Very easy to assemble.

Well, I don't know if we misunderstood or what really happened, but I didn't pay for express shipping and it arrived the same day they said it would with express shipping. It didn't arrive on the day I needed it.

The delivery was postponed 3 times, and delivered to a relay point and not at home, lack of drivers.

Very fast shipping and reception ... But it is really a shame that the 2 m foam protections are folded in a small box of 55 X 35 cm, which means they are all bent or almost twisted! a more suitable packaging would have been better and I hope it will relax once installed...

I had bought a tarp for the bed and did not install it until months later. When I installed it, I detected a small hole. I contacted jump in spain informing them of the situation and they delivered a new tarp at no cost (I paid for the shipping). I am very satisfied with the service offered and grateful.

The net also works for a *** trampoline with the appropriate diameter (ours is 330cm). I was initially a bit skeptical about whether they are compatible, but it works. The assembly requires some strength because the fiberglass rods are not particularly easy to thread at the top, but you can manage it. One star deduction because it is really a bit expensive, and the supplied rubber hooks for securing at the bottom are not usable. We use cable ties instead. That works better. (This was also the case with the *** trampoline)
