Efficiency and speed

Deadlines respected, quality material, easy assembly (with two people in 4 hours, after all!), the spacing and tightening clamp could be reviewed. The instructions should clearly state the back from the front of the mat: the inscription 'France trampoline is on the other side of the label; in total we assembled the mat upside down! Finally, I left the polystyrene 'cushions' along the posts of the net before putting on the plastic protections but this was not specified.

I am delighted with my choice. It's very good material and the phone contact I had for more information was absolutely up to par. Only downside: I ordered the net for playing handball or football in the trampoline, but it is almost unusable in a trampoline with a diameter of less than 3.50m. Which is of course my case.

Good product but the shipping cost is overpriced with the purchased product: 19€ for a package under 2 kg.

Material perfectly conforms to what is proposed, very fast delivery, it takes a bit of time to assemble and the longest part was almost the ladder!! Children and adults are delighted with the material!

When ordering I made a mistake on the sizes, I had a salesperson who called me back to correct it and I found this approach very serious. It avoided me receiving my order quickly but I wouldn't have been able to install it. I received the package within 48 hours and the children were delighted

Delivery + material OK, but assembly instructions not very detailed and especially, no explanation in French for the assembly of the protective net (only Italian and Spanish: with a slightly different system). But overall, it's good, hence the rating.

I bought a net and a protective mat to replace those of a low-cost trampoline that broke down after a year I received my products quickly and they seem much more robust (UV treatment and finish) However, the price of these spare parts is equivalent to a new low-cost trampoline so I recommend these products for now but I will know more with use
