We received our trampoline within the announced deadlines, the carrier was very friendly. The package was in very good condition. The assembly was quick thanks to the well-explained notice. I ordered the Apollo sport trampoline. It was delivered quickly and without any problems. The assembly took a bit long but we took our time and it is a very large trampoline. Now everyone is having fun, the children, the adults, and even the guests are enjoying it. We are delighted. Thank you France Trampoline. P.S.: we ordered the protective skirt that goes around because we have very young children and a dog, it's perfect!! It fits perfectly to the trampoline and is easy to set up. An essential accessory.

Very good material, good quality. However, for the delivery... very average rating... impossible to give a delivery slot (morning or afternoon for example) and thus obliged to wait all day for the delivery person!!!!! This is very complicated when you work....

Excellent quality of the product

The trampoline is of excellent quality and for the price, you really get your money's worth; the assembly guide is well done and we progress without difficulty. However, a downside regarding the installation of the safety net which is delivered in another box with an overly brief assembly notice and we had to start over after making a mistake. The assembly should be as precise as for the trampoline. It would be perfect, even for novices!

Easy assembly (only one person though), assembly instructions a bit unclear (need to nitpick a bit). Total satisfaction from the children who have left their consoles and the TV, as well as from the parents. Bounce is more than sufficient :-))) Solid appearance of the product, quality seems to be there, given the first contacts, no worries about any future after-sales service..... No action with France Trampoline but friends leave with their contact details....

Very good product, good overall quality of materials, fast delivery and without problems but better to have it delivered to the workplace.

The site is very well done with the possibility to compare different offers. Once the order is placed, delivery is quick in the form of a half-palette with two boxes: 1 for the trampoline and 1 for the net. Assembly is done without problems if you consult the manual especially regarding the spring attachment; it is indeed necessary to respect the recommendations to attach the springs without effort. The material seems solid upon first contact; to be seen in use under weather conditions.

Good information in general except the waiting time a bit too long between the bank withdrawal and the carrier's call in case one does not check the package tracking (my case) maybe insist more on the tracking info preparation by passing the info instead of the customer doing the search. Carrier call and time slot: very good.

High-quality trampoline, my 3 children are delighted. You can find cheaper options, but the quality/price ratio of this product is excellent.

Very good material, excellent quality of materials. My only regret: the assembly booklet still lacks clarity, the assembly phases are not yet sufficiently clear. Moreover, the provided tool (pliers) is really not practical for assembling the legs; I had to use a multi-grip pliers.

Currently satisfied with the product. Assembly is quite easy with a minimum of 2 people for more convenience. However, be cautious about the resistance of the materials to weather conditions. Strongly advise a cover type protection or to disassemble it in winter and store it in a dry and clean place.
