Very good for the material, but I regret that there was a problem with the delivery date: The deadline was not met even though a date was agreed upon twice and not honored. There seems to be a discrepancy between the information from the sales department and the delivery person... But the last call was effective. Thank you anyway!

Very good product of excellent quality, but our package arrived damaged (underneath the pallet so not easy to check) with missing parts! Very good responsiveness from your services to address this inconvenience. But why not secure the packages with a film or something else?

Quality product at a reasonable price, the kids are super happy and don't leave the jumping surface!!!! The only downside: the delivery, scheduled for 5 working days and received 3 weeks later (fault of the carrier and incompatibility of their schedules ...)

Good quality material, original design, the instructions are easy to follow, except for one point: you have to be careful when assembling the top of the net to pass the black bands outside the posts before inserting the fiberglass into the posts. The only downside I see is that there is nothing to hold the plastic protection covering the posts in place, it slips.

Product completely in line with what I imagined: solid and qualitative. Assembly is a bit long, but easy. The only negative point: the protective cover is not suitable when the protective net is put on.

In the problems I had with the carrier who did not want to deliver the items to the address in post restante that I had given, France Trampoline was very nice and efficient!

Prices a bit high for trampoline maintenance (the mat and cushions need to be changed after 4 years and the net after 5 years)... However, excellent technical support and perfect responsiveness.

The trampoline seems to be of very good quality. For assembly, count 1 hour. However, for the order sent on Saturday, delivery possible on Monday in 8, that is 10 days after the purchase. Received on Wednesday (due to my availability) very nice delivery person. Thank you.
