Great quality of customer service following the order of a trampoline on 30 07 2012: the chosen size was not immediately available, we were offered the next size up at a preferential rate to have it right away. Delivery 4 days later by a very professional company that also contacted us the day before to ensure our presence on the delivery day. With the help of the video, assembly was child's play for my husband and my two sons aged 10 and 12. Since its installation, the trampoline has brought joy to everyone regardless of the age of the user! Very good quality product, very good finish. We will see its resistance in use. I am delighted with our purchase (3m trampoline with net + protective skirt). Very quick and relevant advice, fast delivery, very easy assembly (just my husband and my 7-year-old daughter at times because she wanted to help). Unfortunately, my daughter got injured on the first use but it is completely independent of the quality of the trampoline.

Very satisfied with the order and especially the delivery respecting the announced deadlines. The only downside is that I ordered a 180 trampoline thinking that the mat was 180 in diameter, whereas this is an overall diameter... so a bit small compared to my expectations.

Very responsive team. I had ordered a product that was out of stock on the site on a Sunday and I was called on Monday to be informed. Since I wanted to be delivered quickly, I was directed to a new diameter. Very fast delivery: order sent on Monday and trampoline delivered on Monday. Assembly in 2 hours, safety net and ladder included. You can feel the quality is there. Improvement needed: provide real-time stock management on the site to avoid my little mishap.

Regarding the order, no issues. Fast delivery in 5 days. Well packaged. Material conforms and apparently of good quality. The protective cover cannot be installed when the safety net is mounted. It would be good to also offer a "light" cover for daily protection.

We ordered via the website and were able to pay by check and gift check. 3 days later the trampoline was delivered! The assembly of the structure and the jumping mat is very easy. For the net, it's a bit more complicated but we manage very well with the instructions and the help of the children! We recommend France Trampoline without reservation!
