The carrier SUBRA is not serious. 3 appointments made because the schedules are not respected. I strongly advise you to change carriers.

Personally, I had no issues. I am satisfied with my order, as well as the speed of delivery. If one day I have another purchase to make on this site, I will not hesitate to do so.

Excellent service. Ordered Wednesday at 11 PM, we were delivered on Friday at 1 PM! And in very good condition.

Jump up trampoline installed for a week seems to be of very good composition. The children (10-8-4 years) are enjoying it to the fullest. The installation was done by a lady and an 8-year-old child, so it was not complicated. As for France trampoline, the order was placed very well, delivery 3 days later. Nothing to say.

Perfect trampoline, meeting our expectations and those of our grandchildren who have made it their favorite pastime! However, there was a hiccup regarding the not-so-quick delivery and a lack of information from the carrier.

Very responsive company, order placed in the morning shipped in the afternoon!!! No premium number to contact them. For the trampoline assembly, be sure to check out the videos available on the site, it complements the instructions well! I find the assembly of the trampoline base very clever but above all of quality. I recommend France trampoline for its seriousness and the quality of its products.

Too bad the anchoring kit was not provided in the set as it is an essential safety element

The site is well designed, it is easy to compare different trampolines. The all-inclusive offers are perfect. Great purchase of excellent quality. The assembly is simple. We really took our time and in 3 hours it was done, the kids were jumping. Our only difficulty was with the net bars, you need to make sure to fit them male/female to form the circle. Not having thought of this, we spent a bit of time removing and then putting the bars back in their place. I recommend your site to everyone.

One point to improve: the delivery company that forces you to block the day to receive the package. The delivery person did not want to drop the packages at the bottom of the stairs, because it is supposedly not in the contract, not all houses are on the ground floor!

Just that the carrier should call us before being at our door so we can organize and have someone to receive the package, otherwise very good welcome at the depot.

The only small problem with our order was the delay announced by France trampoline for delivery and the actual delay: from 2 to 5 working days for a real 7 days!!!!
