The trampoline is beyond words, just perfect. Quickly assembled (about 2h30), and approved by my three monsters! The quality is impressive compared to other brands, it's a different budget, but it's really worth it!

I am very happy with the goods received. The only negative point is that the shipping costs are very high.

The ordered product perfectly meets expectations and the price is more than reasonable. The shipping costs are a bit high which is why I gave 4 stars, but lightning-fast and professional delivery so hard to complain.

Delivery within the expected timeframe, appointment with the carrier which is ideal. The trampoline is perfect and of very high quality, much better than those I have seen in general. The assembly instructions are very well done and the assembly tips are ideal.

The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!

Very nice material, easy assembly despite the time spent (at least 3 hours for the trampoline and the net). There isn't a day that the kids don't jump on it. They can't do without it!

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Impeccable carrier. In our 4.3m Jump up, there was a missing length of fiberglass reinforcement. Customer service reacted quickly and we were delivered the missing part in less than a week. Very serious company.

Website is quite clear, company easily reachable by phone for additional inquiries (with knowledgeable staff), efficient order control (I had made a mistake ordering a product twice, they called me to confirm/correct), fast shipping. The product - an Ovalie 490 - is compliant and seems to be of good quality (material, finishes).

Many different models. Too bad not to have more precision on the restocking of unavailable items (for example, May is quite a broad indication!).

Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).
