The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. I find the quality of the product really very good. Very easy to install, and very well secured for younger children. Small downside, on the delivery which was really catastrophic.

Very good product with some difficulties in assembly (more than 3 hours), especially for the safety net to stretch it correctly, the fiberglass rods cracked... so disappointed on this point. Moreover, there is no protection for the joints of the rods as indicated in the manual.

The assembly of the Jump'up 460 trampoline is very easy, it is assembled in 2 hours. Delivery is quite fast and the quality-price ratio is a bit excessive... The delivery person was very nice.

Jump'Up 430 trampoline purchased on April 22 and delivered on April 29. Assembly without problems, the T-assembly system is clever and the whole seems very robust. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality and service are there!

Quality product, fast delivery, relatively easy assembly

The deadlines and the material are very good, the only downside is the delivery person, he contacted me on Tuesday for the delivery, I proposed Wednesday or Friday afternoon, he suggested Thursday or Friday from 09:00, I asked him if the delivery would be at 09:00 and he replied that the delivery is between 09:00 and 16:00, I agreed on Friday, I took my morning off and the delivery was made at 15:45, I think the delivery person could have known the time he would pass and I took my half-day off for nothing, in conclusion satisfied with France trampoline but not with their delivery person.

We ordered the jump'up 360 with the net and the trampofoot. We wanted a trampoline that could be used by all family members and that was of good quality so that the children could use it for a few more years. This trampoline perfectly meets all these criteria, we are very very happy with the product and also with the service. We were not particularly in a hurry for delivery but it is true that it is nice to receive it so quickly!

Good French product....... no problems for now

The delivery of the trampoline was very fast and everything arrived well packaged. All parts were delivered, nothing was missing. The assembly instructions are quite clear and well written... We assembled the trampoline with two adults and a teenager. But it requires a bit of dexterity and time (about five hours to assemble everything: trampoline 4.30 m + net + ladder)

Trampoline of very good quality. and pleasant team always available to answer our questions. I only regret one thing: not having taken a bigger one... but my garden does not allow it. As soon as I move, I will buy a bigger one. of very good quality and very easy to assemble since I assembled it all by myself!
