I called the phone service to replace the net of our trampoline. My contact person checked that the net existed and suggested I get new poles at the same time. She then prepared a basket that I only had to validate.

Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.
