The delivery was exactly as expected. In good condition and within the estimated time. We have had our trampoline for about twenty years, and whenever a part is missing or needs to be replaced, I order online. The follow-up is done as it should be. I have never been disappointed with the services of France Trampoline.

The delivery was well done, the assembly was simple as expected. This sensitive operation was largely (80%) carried out by an 11-year-old child under the supervision of his Grandpa (78 years old). Considering that this is an acquisition for an adolescent, non-verbal autistic (13 years old, height 1.78m, weight 56kg), we had requested a contribution from France Trampoline, but no response to date.
