I love the quality of your trampolines but I ordered one of your trampolines (Booster 390 pack) about ten days ago but I still haven't received it because the box was open when it arrived at the post office... so they must have sent one back from Bordeaux.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. From fast delivery to the quality of the trampoline, I have nothing to complain about! We assembled the trampoline today in the sun. The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). The result is of quality, it is beautiful and the quality is there. It quickly found its enthusiasts.

The pre-sales contact was very good, quick response, but the delivery time was not respected. On the other hand, we received a small commercial gesture for the delay. Generally, good impression of the service. The trampoline seems to be well made, with clear assembly instructions.

Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend

Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...

Our trampoline was delivered quickly, everything was in perfect condition! A gentleman who is absolutely not handy assembled it without any difficulties and very quickly; since then the little ones (and the big ones) are delighted and have a lot of fun. Purchase trampoline jump'up 430 with net and protective cover that I recommend. Very fast delivery. Very good contact with the technical service for advice. Very easy assembly alone. The trampoline is magnificent 430 super (confirmed by the family). Very resistant given the quality of the structure and accessories (to see over time later) To buy with eyes closed, compared to what I have seen in stores near me, and in the family. My children are like crazy Thank you France Trampoline PS: I think I will buy the tent as an accessory later. (Huge for sleeping several without touching the stones)

We are very happy with our purchase. Upon arrival of the package, two small sleeves were missing which were sent to us immediately. We had difficulty putting the fiberglass tubes in place to install the net, they seemed too short and well France trampoline sent us an extra piece of tube at the same time as the sleeves. The trampoline seems solid since it has been installed, my 3 children use it almost every day. We hope it lasts over time.
