Excellent service, correct indication of items on the net. The choice is simplified and well guided. Delivery on time. A sheet indicating the contents of the delivered package would be very useful. I did not receive a phone call or message from the carrier to inform me of their passage. But that's a small detail, thank you.

Our star rating could be better but we are waiting for the delivery of the trampoline.

The delivery is fast but not very flexible on the time slot, between 11 am and 3 pm which blocks the day. Maybe the purchase of a tarp for winter, accessories...

I am very satisfied with the quality of the material. The anchoring system is still difficult to place...! Shouldn't we change the screw and give it more of a corkscrew shape (endless screw)? I think it would be easier to place. Best regards, Olivier MANIL

Hello, We are satisfied with our order. Just a little note to mention that the carrier took time to deliver and we were not contacted to agree on a delivery time...

We are very satisfied with the product and its quality (small downside for the manual which, if you are not handy, can be misleading). The delivery went very well and nothing was damaged. We also ordered the protective cover and the anchoring kit. The cover had a strap that came loose on the second day of use. I called customer service on 18/05 who requested photos by email. The message was read and a response was given to me on 22/05 and I received the new cover on 25/05: so nothing to complain about. Bravo to all of you and see you soon for the igloo tent.

I would return to this site to possibly buy a trampoline when ours is in good condition...

Difficult to find a comment to make to you. The announced deadlines were respected to the day, the carrier contacted us as planned, the package was in good condition. Regarding the assembly, no nervous breakdown, just read the manual, I dreaded the installation of the springs, no problem, no damage or injuries! Our daughter tested her new toy right away, for the first day, everything went well, she is delighted, the structure seems very solid, that's what we were looking for, a safe product. PS: we should have taken the ladder, but well, we'll see later!

Fast delivery, choice of date with the carrier, needs to improve the operation with Paypal. (observations on the Paypal site not taken into account during the order). But after calling customer service everything is back to normal.

For my part! shipping costs should be cheaper because to place an order the price is 19 euros it's huge. It's true your products are of good quality and you are a very serious merchant. I wanted to reorder a trampoline cover that I received, but the shipping price stops me.

Extra trampoline that seems to be of very good quality (to be seen over time). Excellent contact with the carrier. Nothing to complain about. Small problem with the delivery of the anchoring kit but quick response from France Trampoline and the problem will be resolved. Only happiness for my daughter and after a bit of publicity regarding you, you will certainly have a new buyer soon.

The bad weather delayed me in setting up but with the nice weather it only took me 3 hours to set up the entire trampoline with its net alone! We are delighted! The material is of quality and the result is there! Thank you
