There is nothing to improve. The order was perfect with very pleasant customer service over the phone. Very good delivery, the delivery person called to schedule an appointment before coming. One thing, on the trampoline pack advertisement, there was a bonus gift of a football net that my son was eagerly waiting for, but it was not in the box. However, after reporting it to France trampoline, no problem, they will send it to me quickly. Again, a big thank you for this trampoline that brings joy to my son.

Fast delivery. After comparison, the quality of the trampoline is much superior to those from large stores. The only small complaint is that the safety net is considered an accessory and is only guaranteed for 6 months. One could easily be tempted by certain accessories, but the 19€ shipping fee calms things down a bit.

The transporters delivered the package to the house without making an appointment with us. They even left it with the neighbor, so I couldn't check its condition (fortunately no problem).

Very available and friendly people during calls. Email requests are handled quickly. Small downside on the carrier who was supposed to arrive at 9 am and finally arrived at 2 pm. A bit of a shame because it blocked my whole morning for nothing.
