Very good for telephone responses, ordering, delivery, and assembly instructions

Excellent service: very clear and precise site, fast delivery, high-quality product with easy assembly.

The drawings and assembly instructions need to be improved. The protective net did not match the one marked on the delivery box, but that does not bother us personally.

Happy to receive the package within very short deadlines. The following weekend, our children had a great time assembling the trampoline without difficulty (Some assembly sketches could be enlarged or clarified.) Professional contact, quick shipping, however the offered football net is not useful as it is too stuck against the net, the attachment system at the top of the net with the Velcro should have been reinforced from the start with a "D" system as it did not hold, otherwise good trampoline but still a shame for these imperfections

The delivery was very fast after a phone contact to verify the measurements.

The holes on the frame should be deburred to allow easier spring attachment. Easy assembly with two people. Fixing kit unusable, the stakes sink 10 cm and the auger lifts the soil! I used formwork clamps, excellent! To be seen in use.

We are very happy with our trampoline, the kids are thrilled, maybe just one small criticism, there are some rubber feet missing to cushion the shock when the kids are inside.

The product seems to be of very good quality. We will see in use. The service was exceptional (pleasant and professional phone contact, no delay from the carrier). It takes about 2.5 hours to assemble with 3 people, but the site informs us about this. For now, we are completely satisfied and warmly recommend this site and their products!
