Good quality accessories, fast delivery, but the packaging could be improved.

During a two-part delivery (due to stock shortage), better tracking of the second batch would be appreciated (updating 'track the order step by step').

I have not yet received my order but customer service has called me several times to inform me of the status of my order and when I will receive it. I find this very professional! I am waiting to see the follow-up!

Okay for the order on the site. A part was missing and that's the only downside. But the delivery is very fast.

Advice by phone was very clear. Delay between order and delivery of 3 days. Very friendly and helpful delivery person. Material conforms and very easy to assemble. In short, all good!!! If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to call this site again.

Very educational site for choosing your item after having well defined, thanks to the provided help, your own specifications. The only downside is that only after payment do you learn that there is a stock shortage, and that the delay exceeds 15 days. This is well compensated after a phone call, where it is immediately proposed to refund if the delay is too long (in this case, a birthday gift, on a precise date!). The purchase is therefore maintained, and the delay is in progress.

The only thing I would suggest regarding your website would be to include more photos with small and large children on the trampolines with the diameters of the trampolines clearly written so that one can judge from a distance the size to choose; even if it is difficult, try to take photos in 'normal' gardens, i.e. not in parks in the countryside because once again, it is not easy to realize the size of the trampoline. In the spare parts, especially for the tubes (net attachment), it would be better to offer the tube size rather than the diameter. I mistakenly ordered the wrong tubes but France Trampoline resent me the correct tubes for free. Great company, yes, I will continue to source spare parts or others from them...
