I am delighted with my purchase (trampoline 4.30 Jump'up), of very good quality, I was just surprised by the size I didn't imagine it to be so big but in fact it's all the better that way. The children are having a blast and spending their day on it without getting tired. Perhaps additional advice regarding size would be welcome? Diameter/utilization? At the same time I did not contact an advisor by phone, so I did not have all the information. That said, I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this site to my friends who consequently want to buy a good trampoline.

No comments on the product itself since we are waiting for the nice days to assemble it. Very pleasant telephone reception. Speed in delivery despite the end of year holidays.

The service is fast, the quality of the material: I cannot respond yet because we do not use the trampoline much in winter. The product is the same as the one seen on the website. There is good customer follow-up.

Less good from the transport company, which did not contact before delivery, which required finding, by phone, a less satisfactory solution involving a helpful neighbor. No consequences, the delivered product being in good condition; but what if it hadn't been the case?

The user documentation provided with the trampolines is ... brief to the point of being difficult to use. Not clear, diagrams almost unreadable. Significant improvements are possible in this area.

Hello, I ordered a Booster 390 trampoline + options. The choice was not easy; friends who own trampoline ********* were happy with theirs. Your site is well done, but I think it should emphasize what makes a good trampoline, in order to justify the price difference. Everything went very well in terms of ordering and receiving. I called France Trampoline to find out if I could benefit from a 5% discount if I made a comment about the company. I was very well received, but you must go through ***** which I do not want. Hello, The trampoline is in operation. The assembly was complicated by slightly crushed tube problems, and welding drips in the fittings. Had to grind the welds and straighten the tube fittings. For the rest no problem. Best regards Laurent **************
