I think it would be useful to clearly and explicitly specify the orientation of the bars surrounding the trampoline so that the spring attachment holes are on the right side... this would avoid assembling the trampoline twice... 😉 The diagram clearly shows the holes in the right place, but figure 1 of the assembly manual is relatively small, making the error easy. Moreover, the instructions specify that the parts have no right/left orientation. Otherwise, to avoid any assembly errors, the parts to which the springs are attached could be drilled on both sides and thus be symmetrical. Otherwise, the children are delighted and Dad had the chance to do his Sunday DIY. 😉 The material seems to be of very good quality and very robust. Many hours of fun ahead.

Fast and efficient delivery. The trampoline was quickly assembled with very clear instructions. Now, it's nothing but happiness for the little ones but also for the big ones!

I am very satisfied with the ordering process. The only problem we encountered was during assembly: we had assembled the trampoline upside down (the instructions did not specify the direction of the bars) so we had to disassemble it to reassemble it correctly.

Package arrived as expected in a very short time. We have not yet assembled the trampoline received by our children for Christmas. Let's hope everything goes well as we will assemble it in the spring.

Just after my order, I was told that the trampoline was actually out of stock (even though it was in stock when I placed my internet order). I was worried about not receiving it on time, but I finally received it 10 or 15 days later. PHEW

It's hard to say what could be improved since I am very satisfied. Very fast delivery, trampoline easy to assemble (45 minutes for two) and seems to be of very good quality; to be confirmed with use over time. This trampoline has made two people happy, one of whom said it was the best gift she has ever received! The only small downside: the spring protection attachments. The knot of the elastic is not easy to insert into the black fabric loop. Moreover, the representation in the assembly booklet is not correct as it shows eyelets instead of fabric loops. In any case, I would recommend your company for purchasing a trampoline.
