Fast delivery and careful packaging, product in line with my expectations
I am completely satisfied. There just needs to be better communication between our delivery times and the delivery person. I indicated on my order form that I wanted to be delivered one afternoon and the delivery person came in the morning.
An order on a Wednesday, the 360+ booster net + ladder not available, replaced for free (after a phone request) by the 390. Delivery on Friday! A missing spring (a simple phone call with a very pleasant reception and the spring arrived the next day by carrier) Very good product, very good packaging, very fast and professional delivery... Very important; advise purchasing the skirt when you have young children as they could get seriously hurt (hits on the head) by going under the trampoline. Make a bundle PACK Trampoline+Net+Ladder+TrampoFoot+Pocket Skirt.
