Excellent service. The model I wanted was out of stock, so I was able to get the next model for the same price.

After the storm of December 2011, my trampoline was 'folded' and thus damaged... but thanks to the after-sales service I quickly received the defective parts to repair my trampoline. Plus, I didn't pay for shipping. Thank you for their professionalism.

I have nothing to blame France trampoline for, the only complaint I could have had would have been for the carrier who forgot me for the re-delivery, but since the error is human, and ultimately the delivery took place, everything is perfect. It is certain that if I need I will return to this site.

Order service n/a. Support also, but with just a small improvement (like a plan or Google Earth) provided to the customer who comes to pick up an item themselves at the Gradignan depot. There is nothing at the moment and it's not easy to find when you don't know. It's not a big deal to include on a site.

The assembly documentation could be improved but the quality of the material is very good

The only remark concerns the carrier who did not contact us before delivery, fortunately we were present but unfortunately the children were too and therefore received their gift before Christmas!!!!

The direct services of France Trampoline have been perfect so far. However, it is rather the delivery side that left me perplexed: I was delivered early Monday morning without having previously arranged an appointment... I suppose that if I hadn't been there, the carrier would have surely charged for the travel costs for the next appointment....

The carrier who came to deliver the trampoline was very rushed and unfriendly. So it was difficult to take the time to check the goods.

Trampoline ordered on a Sunday and delivered on a Wednesday. No missing parts. I am completely satisfied.

I got a bit panicked when after paying on the site, I received a message saying that there were none in stock! But fortunately, I got an email the next day to confirm a quick restocking. Kudos also for the little phone call after delivery. Good material, seems robust!

I chose a particular trampoline thanks to a friend who already had the same one and after trying it. I would have had more difficulty without that, because the choice is vast and it is difficult to make a choice when you have never tried a product, especially in terms of diameter for the trampoline. You don't know the possibilities of figures and games depending on the product. I would say more films showing all age groups in action and the different techniques to appreciate the trampoline whether you are a child or in your 3rd age. Finally, a person on the phone if necessary. Thank you
