Nothing to say I ordered on Monday night for delivery on Thursday. One thing to say it was perfect. The order was taken care of by a gentleman, a perfect welcome, pleasant to listen to me, very surprised by this. You were recommended to us by friends from Cholet who bought the same product as us for Christmas, they had already praised your professionalism, know that I will do the same. Your products are much more expensive than what exists at ******** but your service and your welcome are perfect. We just finished assembling it. Perfect quality product. Thank you..

The information email to say that the trampoline is shipped arrives a few days before the actual shipment of the material. We thought therefore of a faster delivery than expected! Otherwise good quality of customer service and the trampoline. Quality incomparable to products from large stores! The 'booster 360' trampoline brings joy to our little ones (6 years and 2 years) and the parents.

Carrier Alloin to be banned, they only deliver at the time that suits them... Otherwise quality material and very serious company France trampoline.

The quality of services from France trampoline is very satisfactory. We just installed the trampoline (which we had ordered for Christmas). The only small remark would be to perhaps improve the installation manual of the material. Indeed, the images corresponding to the different parts are not very clear, perhaps a photo of the parts would help to better identify them.

The trampo-foot was not available but this was not specified on the invoice. We had to call to be informed of the problem.

The ordering process is easy and professional, all the information is on the site and helps to choose the model best suited to the need. A small downside because we were supposed to benefit from a promo of a "trampoFoot" offered and during the palletizing this item was forgotten. after assembly our trampoline meets our hopes and our children spend their days on it.

Very nice trampoline, it is quite easy to assemble, but you need to be two, one of whom should be strong to finalize the assembly. The quality is really good, nothing to compare with what you find in stores. For the safety of children, everything is well thought out: closure from the inside and outside!!! And the net is very well tensioned. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery. Easy assembly. A very good product. The children (both small and big) are having a blast. The trampoline seems solid and safe, but can it be left outside in winter? I bought the protective cover, but won't it be too heavy during rain or snow?

The packages arrived in poor condition. The cardboard containing the trampoline was torn. After checking, nothing was damaged inside.

4 suggested improvements: the images on the instruction manuals are a bit small to be really readable; .... we therefore made a mistake during assembly! IKEA has much more effective manuals, with 'magnifying glasses', to represent 'in very large' the important details; I think we assembled the net upside down: by putting the outside on the inside (should the door carabiners be on the outside? or on the inside? the 'safety' label to hang on the trampoline tore in the first gust of wind! the access ladder to the trampoline is difficult to install with only 2 hands: I had to use a clamp to hold the second attachment system of the top step in place (nothing indicated that the assembly should start or finish with the top step); otherwise, the quality seems excellent, and the jumps are exhilarating!
