Material of very good quality, very good finish, very easy to install, delivery time and logistics follow-up excellent. One negative point: the quality of the packaging for transport!! Very average cardboard and broken lost pallet.

The only regret is that France trampoline offers the ground fixing safety kit as an option while many trampolines end up on the roadside in strong winds. Mandatory safety that should be an inherent part of the trampoline pack.

The delivery was indicated within 15 days and finally took place 30 days after the order so it's a shame for the customer because it's often for a gift so we end up with nothing. Otherwise, there is a very good telephone service, people respond quickly and are very pleasant.

I bought the trampoline with a safety net and a protective cover, and it seems to me according to the explanations that I have to put this cover before the poles supporting the protective net which seems almost impossible for a woman to do. !!!!
