No issues with the order, we received the trampoline booster 360 within 3 days of the order. Otherwise, very satisfied with the merchandise, the trampoline is really of very good quality, and the assembly was quite quick, I thought it would take much longer. We were able to test it as a family, the big ones had as much fun as the little ones.

There is nothing to say. everything went as well as possible. We are satisfied with the order and delivery.

Delivery in 48 working hours. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival, but all the parts were present. Easy assembly even if requiring some muscle strength. Good quality product and serious company.

Nothing particular regarding the ordering and delivery process. Everything was impeccable. The assembly instructions seem a bit cheap and are not very clear even if the assembly remains very simple. The instructions for the anchoring kit are in English, which is not a problem either but shows that France trampoline did not bother to make a minimum translation.

Easy order, fast delivery and quality product easy to assemble. Very good follow-up from customer service after an issue with the carrier who did not bother to make an appointment.

Fast delivery. a very good trampoline for the kids, easy to install (even for an adult alone!). It's even easier and faster with 2 adults. The safety net is well designed and seems essential for the younger ones who quickly find dangerous positions without it!

We just received and assembled our trampoline...4.30 m, with net and ladder 2 hours of assembly for two, but readable, clear instructions (except for the spring tool which is actually the same pliers to tighten the T-pieces and not mentioned in the instructions) You can feel that the quality is there and that the assembly is well thought out. Not a screw in the assembly the delivery service is very flexible and adapts well to our busy lives... a call to customer service during assembly, very competent. In short, just incomparable with mass-market products (like for example the trick of the fiberglass rod system for the nets, simple and effective) Or the very solid opening system. Honestly, just excellent !!!!

It's a shame that the product was marked as available at the time of order when it was not the case. Otherwise, the site is very well done and makes you want to buy the products.

The delivery person needs to call the day before delivery and not 5 minutes before.
