Perfect from start to finish

Nothing to say, super delivery in 48 hours

delivery quite fast, trampoline very safe for children, however the cover only holds halfway when there is wind, the free football cover tears and breaks too easily at the hooks

If you are talking about the order and delivery, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, it was very good. If you are talking about the trampoline, I can't say anything because it is not yet installed.

Delivery: we were supposed to be called before delivery. The delivery person called us 3 minutes before delivering. Fortunately, our daughter was present.

Very good contact for the order. Speed and flexibility (sending in two parts to ensure having the trampoline for Christmas). The delivery times were well respected, which is not the case for all internet orders! The product meets our expectations: solid, the children are delighted. Two downsides: the instructions could be improved (not very clear), and the differences between the different ranges proposed should be better specified on the site (it's not obvious without seeing them in person). We hope that our trampoline will last a long time.

Friendly and pleasant phone reception. Good responsiveness. However, your email announced a call from the carrier within 72 hours to arrange a delivery appointment, and this famous carrier did not contact us within the announced timeframe. Indeed, he did so three days after this deadline. But, I think that since it was the week between Christmas and New Year's, it must have been the truce... We were delivered without any issues in the end and now all family members are having a great time.
