Everything was absolutely perfect. I am delighted. The website is very well designed. Understandable, easy to navigate and the information is easy to find and well detailed. The delivery was on time. The delivery person was friendly and efficient. I received the information emails correctly. The climbing dome is of quality and my children are thrilled.

The dome seems solid, my son appreciated his birthday gift. However, we ordered the dome + hammock pack. Hammock that we could not install because I was surprised to read on the new one that it requires carabiners.... which were not provided!!! I will have to go spend at Decathlon for the carabiners, so I am disappointed not to have installed the hammock with the rest of the surprise

Packaging was poor. Screws, nuts, etc. were loose in the box. The box was damaged during transport, causing washers and a screw to be lost.

Quality material, a bit expensive. I would have liked a promo on the model purchased but there was only on the model below...

Trampoline bought 10 years ago. Net changed for the 2nd time and error in the order seen by you because the net ordered was smaller than the previous one. This means that the order was not prepared 'correctly' but taking into account my previous orders and after checking the consistency of my order
