The package is delivered on an unsuitable pallet. The boxes stick out a lot and are therefore damaged upon receipt, fortunately nothing is at risk inside. As for the product, it seems to be of very good quality. However, the elastics used to hold the safety net are already broken after a fall... a bit disappointing at this price...

I am very satisfied to have been able to find replacement parts after a purchase of more than 10 years and so easily!

Very satisfied with my order and the customer service who contacted me because they couldn't find me in their customer file to be sure I had taken the measurements of my trampoline after my order. And I thank them because thanks to them we were able to cancel the order I had just placed as I had not taken the measurements correctly and place a new order correctly.

Excellent: fast, efficient, compliant material, just the assembly documentation could be improved.

Good service but I would have appreciated a commercial gesture since the sling cable provided with the package was too short to go around the tree and I had to order a longer one without return of the small one.

Very abrupt braking.

The small ordered items (carabiners) were poorly packaged and slipped through the poorly taped cardboard. The after-sales service was very responsive and sent me the missing item by post.

The site is still very serious, ultra-fast and careful delivery, quality and sturdy products. We had to change some wear parts (safety net among other things) on our 4.60m octagonal trampoline after 8 years of intensive use and we found the parts without any difficulty. A real pleasure for parents and children who found a trampoline almost brand new! We are now set for many years!
