Good trampoline but the instructions are really more than brief! This makes assembly complicated... Closure not going down completely preventing full opening, making access more difficult for children

The last order does not fit our trampoline because apparently your mats do not match the size!!! Moreover, the ad suggests that the tarps are delivered with the springs, unfortunately this is not the case! We can no longer use our trampoline since the last delivery.

The trampoline is of very good quality. It is easy to assemble. The only downside is that the finishing strip is difficult to put on (poorly designed?).

Very good quality of the trampoline but the assembly instructions are sometimes not precise enough and can lead to assembly errors that also require a lot of force sometimes

Despite some issues placing the order on the site due to a temporary bug, I just had to call customer service which was exceptionally efficient.

Delighted with the trampoline! I ordered the rectangular model and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials!

Delivery: torn box, big scare but ultimately everything went well during assembly. Material: everything seems to be of good quality, just change the strap system for the ground attachment. Follow-up: from my phone call, very good interlocutor who took my remarks into account (delivery 📦). Just a bit disappointed to have seen that shortly after my order, many trampolines were on sale, 20% which still represents a nice amount. With my misadventures, I would have appreciated at least a voucher to order accessories for the children on the site.

Adapted product, but be careful to respect the weight. This is the second one we are buying.
