Upon receipt of the goods, some tightening bolts were missing. Despite our call to customer service, we were not contacted. At the price of the product, the follow-up does not meet expectations.

Material delivered quickly in Belgium, of very good quality, seems small in the photo but is bigger and sturdier in reality. The manual is well explained and should be consulted before purchase to measure the slope and see if the terrain is suitable. The video for assembling the zip line helped us a lot. We suspended the cable to a taut rope to lighten it as much as possible and stretch the cable more easily using 2 straps with a tightening system. It takes time for installation, but the result is very nice. We have a length of 40 meters, which is very cheerful, we enjoy it well!

Delivery as expected. Assembly a bit complicated, the manual could be improved in the description. However, during the assembly of the tent, there was a missing elastic to be able to attach it to one of the climbing holds. Exact number of screws, work... one more would have been nice.
