Ultra long delivery: order placed in March to be delivered in June, announced at the time of ordering but quite vague, so very long for a child who is waiting to use their trampoline. I chose to order the mat on this site because the photo showed an identical screen-printed jump4fun mat and the one received was marked France rampoline. If this had been indicated at the time of ordering, I would have placed my order on another site for a much faster delivery and also cheaper. Regarding the quality of the mat, it seems correct but the quality remains different, at least visually and to the touch compared to the original one, but too early to judge the resistance.

A bit disappointed because we wanted a trampoline with a diameter of start up 300 or 360 but not available for a birthday on 19/05/2021 (available only a month later), so we settled for a start up 250 in stock. And very disappointed with the quality of the spring protections as they were already torn after the first uses. The elastic attachment system is very poorly designed and forces a strong tension on the protective foam which has torn!!!

Why mediocre? Simply because I ordered an XXL pack and to my surprise, the order confirmation had the protective cover package crossed out upon receipt of the trampoline. Why? I don't know, no explanation. I contacted customer service, who told me to send a copy of the delivery note, which I did on May 25. But no further explanations. And to this day, I still have no response. I don't even know if I will receive the cover. And yet, I could have given 4 or 5 stars considering the quality. But today, I feel cheated. Too bad.

We received the trampoline a few weeks ago. The delivery time (about 2 months) was respected. However, the carrier, instead of placing the packages properly, dropped them in 1 minute flat in the slope of our garage. The boxes therefore fell along the slope while the carrier was leaving. Incredible, fortunately no breakage. Assembling the trampoline is laborious (2 adults minimum for 1 day). Once assembled, the product meets our expectations, the children are having fun.
