Net received quickly and perfectly adapted to our Rush brand trampoline (Maxitoys)

After ordering a jumping mat, I was asked to confirm the exact dimensions of the mat. This shows the seriousness of this site. The item was received quickly, compliant with the order, and it adapted perfectly to my trampoline. The quality of the mat is excellent and the assembly was easy.

Efficient service that managed to resolve a shipping issue (item apparently lost by the carrier) and then sent me a video tutorial for assembly. Bravo to all the actors involved in these actions.

France trampoline made a financial effort which I believe is the least they could do because a product costing 1/3 of the trampoline should arrive in good condition. Trampoline of very good quality. Assembly took a long time because the instructions were relatively unclear. Very disappointed with the delivery service: even though I contacted customer service several times to ask about the delivery day, and they assured me that I would be contacted by the delivery person... that was not the case! It was complicated to welcome the delivery person since it was a delivery to a second home... Aside from this disappointing delivery and the tedious assembly, our children are thrilled with the trampoline.

Our first purchase dates back to April 2017, a super trampoline, purchased in April 2023 for a replacement of parts because yes, the trampoline is used a lot by our 3 boys. Always impeccable!

Quality product

Good quality trampoline (at least for now). Packaging and delivery service top-notch. The basic trampoline does not come with a ladder or ground anchoring system. You have to order it separately. Personally, I find the accessories a bit expensive, especially the ground anchoring kit. The instructions could use a few more details to avoid partial disassemblies. In terms of fun, the kids are enjoying it.

Looking for spare parts for our trampoline, we found what we were looking for on France Trampoline. By the way, with Easter approaching fast, we ordered some games for the kids who have been having a lot of fun with them!

Net for trampoline Ovalie 4.30m. Expensive for a protective net. In 3-4 years the price has gone from 99€ to 149€! That said, we are still satisfied with our trampoline.
