Package arrived wet from a cleaning product coming from a punctured can in the transport truck. I accepted the package anyway after checking but I had to unpack it immediately to prevent the product from damaging the whole.
Ball arrived with a loose seam
Moderately satisfying set. The functions of the safety net are very random, almost all the hooks break. Also, the spring protection pad does not suit me, it keeps lifting. Average safety.
Assembly problem. We had to force a lot to assemble the bars that did not seem to fit, and the assembly was difficult and took a long time.
The arcs of the circle were not drilled for the fixing screw that goes through (the reference of the arcs was given to me by your services for the model of my trampoline). Being handy, I quickly solved the problem but for someone not equipped and not handy, this can be a big problem. Otherwise very well packaged, fast delivery.
No problem with the ordered products. Only downside 20 springs ordered 18 received. Complaint made by email, no response to date!
Very significant delay, several months, in the delivery of the product which cannot probably be entirely attributed to the health crisis. Moreover, the delivery was made in 2 parts with an interval of more than 6 months between the two receptions. Otherwise, the product is of very good quality.
Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing. I had to call the carrier who had subcontracted to another... it took time... the delivery person was very nice 5 stars but their company is too slow...
Product is completely compliant and satisfactory. Delivery of the product needs to be reviewed. Package delivered with defective and torn packaging. Delivery person was not very concerned about the problem.

Hello In 2015 I placed an order, everything went well In January 2021 I reordered. I had a problem with a part that does not fit (the Velcro does not match) I reported it but they did not want to send me the defective part. They told me it was JUST aesthetic. Today I paid for a trampoline whose aesthetics do not match what I ordered.

Missing steel cable and nut of the right size. Missing rope for the plastic seat to be able to reattach it to the cable.
The package was in very bad condition.
We have a somewhat mixed opinion of our order, after ordering a premium trampoline net with a velcro wallet closure, we received the net identical to the standard model. After an email to address this order issue, we were told that we indeed received the ordered model and that the velcro model is no longer marketed. Nothing indicates on the product that it is indeed premium and therefore thicker and more resistant than the standard. In any case, the net received is thinner than the original. Best regards ***
Order received in two parts with a lot of delay. Almost 2 months late for only part of the order and a good month later for the rest! An incorrect phone advice on the possibility of the tent fabric with the ordered model led to the cancellation of the tent fabric order.
Delivery times are way too long
Hello, Products conform and of good quality. However, delivery times are really too long! Part announced as out of stock but deliverable in three weeks, received more than three months later. Two orders and the same problem twice! It would be better to announce longer delivery times, at least we know. Have a nice day.
Disappointment for the anchoring kits and the cover received almost a month and a half later, without giving any news in the meantime
Unfortunately, the trampoline did not arrive at the pre-ordered time. I was only informed about this later, but that it was delivered almost a month later was not mentioned, nor that it was only a partial delivery. I also found it unfortunate that some emails were sent in French.
Order took a very long time to arrive.
Unacceptable delivery, the delay of more than 2 months after the deconfinement I understand therefore delivery scheduled for mid-July, but after the announced delay no delivery, forced to follow up, new delay announced for September 1, so more than a month of delay, and another week after this announced delay on September 1 to receive it!
We are very happy with the ordered product but we were disappointed with the delivery date because we needed the cover for the arrival of our grandchildren and we did not receive it. Quality material, we purchased the Apollo Sport 500 Trampoline Pack. We are happy with the product, which conforms to the description on the site. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery: our delivery date was postponed 3 times without being notified. There is a real lack of communication between the provider and the customer. This is not normal. We can understand that there may be delays, but we would have liked to be informed, it is a minimum respect for customers. We therefore had to send several emails to obtain satisfaction. Very disappointed with the delivery.

Too bad because everything is perfect except that on the trampoline we have a defective spring and despite the photos sent, the seller remains in bad faith saying that this is normal, not very commercial especially having received the protective cover with a month and a half delay! So too bad given the price of the product to end up with a bad note especially since sending a spring would not have cost the company!
Hello, We were delivered after 4 months, but I understand that COVID did not allow you to stock properly. However, upon delivery, some parts were missing. You took that into account and we were delivered a few days later. So nothing serious.

Very good quality trampoline but many back and forth to obtain a complete trampoline (error in the delivered parts, missing parts in the first delivery).
