Top-notch reception Very high availability by phone as I had to call several times to ask questions... Very good advice. Material is compliant except that the edge of the net through which we pass the fiberglass rods is unfortunately plastic and not fabric or another material that does not deteriorate due to the sun, so the net may not last long because of this flaw. Too bad...

Very happy with the customer relationship that has not changed. Disappointed that now we have to pay shipping costs even with an order over 200€. And no more gifts with an order of 150€. As a result, I did not complete my order. I find that unfortunate.
