Super happy with my second purchase for 2 of my 18 grandchildren (normal, I have 9 children).

I am happy with my purchase of a 360 trampoline from France Trampoline. Everything arrived complete and easy to assemble.

Fast delivery, good quality material that delighted both kids and adults. Installation was quite simple.

I think the trampoline assembly instructions could use some improvement.

The order for the ninja course was placed on a Sunday, delivery to Germany was the following Wednesday via DPD. The carrier did not contact us as announced to arrange a delivery date, it was only communicated what was completely okay for us since it was just a medium-sized package. We are very satisfied with the ninja course. Thank you!

I am disappointed with the product. Indeed, when we bought the jump 250 trampoline, the net opened in an L shape with Velcro and plastic carabiners. The one we received opens with a vertical zipper, which complicates getting in and out of the trampoline. I would have preferred 2 zippers to maintain the L access.

The net is of good quality, but the old closure seemed better. The zipper will certainly not last as long, with successive and daily uses.

Excellent material, but the assembly manual is not very clear (e.g., we realized at the end that there was a specific tool to tension and untension the springs! It's not obvious if you've never assembled this type of material before).

I purchased the safety net for the trampoline, which had torn after three years of intensive use. The new net is slightly different in the side closure (now much more practical, with a sturdy zipper), and the shipping was really fast!

We wanted to order a new jumping mat because ours had a hole. Unprompted, communication was made with us and the original order was retrieved, which allowed the exchange of the jumping net under warranty. Thank you for the warranty processing. This is not taken for granted everywhere.

Good product, a torture to assemble but maybe I just got a bad number. You really need to review your assembly process and the manual which can be confusing at certain stages. When you ask to put lubricant to assemble the base arches (personally I had to bring out the 5kg hammer to do the job, more than the W40), it means you do not master your assembly tolerances and your suppliers. As for the pliers provided with the material, it's a joke, usable only by people with calluses on their hands. Embarrassing for a company that claims to be a trampoline leader with strong experience for 30 years... you need to stop the DIY and believe that your customers have the build of a rugby player, especially given the price paid. Decathlon products are cheaper and simpler to assemble, even if assembled in China.

Excellent quality material with a very well explained zip line assembly manual. It takes 2 adults to install it, one of whom should be strong enough to tension the cable. Our grandchildren are delighted to enjoy it.

I quickly received the packages containing the trampoline, the assembly booklet is not always easy to understand, I had to watch tutorials on the internet which sometimes did not explain the same thing. the very very large - the edge cushion that protects the metal structure: the foam is very thin and the edges always rise and do not cover the structure properly, my son got injured because of that. Moreover, the ends where the net is attached being semicircular do not allow it to hold properly. I really thought I was getting a high-quality item by buying from France trampoline but I am very disappointed with the material I chose.
