Super fast delivery! I recommend
Super professional and responsive. Following the storm, the straps on my trampoline gave way. Damage limited to one tube of the perimeter. Customer service identified my trampoline from 2012. Delivery the next day. Trampoline repaired immediately.

The order was placed by phone. Friendly, pleasant and good advice staff. The only "hic" is not the responsibility of France Trampoline but of the carrier DPD who never contacted me and left the packages in front of my gate in my absence. Fortunately, I wasn't away for the weekend. I expressed my "surprise" to them.
Very happy. The package arrived very quickly and the zip line is great.
These are not exactly the same springs as the original ones but they are the correct size to replace the broken ones.

Delivery time of 2 to 5 days not respected. The trampoline did not arrive in time for our child's birthday. The delivery took 10 days.

As a reminder, the announced deadline of 2 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) starts after handing over to the carrier. Having ordered on Friday evening, May 30, your order was handed over to the carrier the following Monday afternoon, and with the public holiday on June 9, we should have delivered to you on June 10 and not June 12. Correct packaging, correct delivery
France Trampoline spontaneously decided to replace the jumping mat of a large trampoline due to the presence of a hole that appeared 3 months after the expiration of the legal 2-year warranty. Only the shipping costs were at my expense. Shipment was made quickly. Kudos for the quality of your customer relationship.
