Item ordered during the lockdown with a delay of one month before the announced reception (no issues) however the delay was extended by an additional month and a half, we can understand given the health crisis but a commercial gesture would have been appreciated
Extended delivery time without communication
*** Regarding the order and payment confirmation, a disaster. Between the order and the shipment, there was no confirmation of the bank deposit. My attempts to communicate with you were another failure. Despite everything, the trampoline is very good.
The product is compliant, we recently assembled it, but I find that it lacks some additional explanations in certain places for assembly. We took photos because some straps holding the net were damaged upon opening the package. I have photos that I can send you. Please provide me with an address for the photos. Regards.
Very good product. But the announced delay was not respected, exceeded by a month, no information on the subject. However, the price is debited in full at the time of the order. The delivery person was very, very unfriendly.
Order received more than 2 months later, due to COVID-19. I thought the connecting triangles would be included. They were not.

A bit long delay but completely logical due to the lockdown. Chaotic tracking, contradictory information on the tracking on the website and by phone. The net ordered as a replacement for the first one is of lower quality than the one from my initial order, which is disappointing given the price.

No reading of the messages sent, so no response. On the phone, when they say they will call me back, it's not true.... even after several reminders.
Order placed during the lockdown so a delivery delay was expected, 6 weeks after the order we were delivered. We would have appreciated having some information during this period, I even sent an email that went unanswered.
We have had our trampoline for 10 years, we have bought several nets but the last one was not of the same quality as the previous ones, the attachments keep coming off, let's not talk about the edge of the trampoline. The first time we change it in 10 years which is quite good except that this one will not last 10 years for sure.... lower quality, we are disappointed with the accessories we have to repurchase, trampoline at this price...
Instructions not explicit enough; too early for a product evaluation
What I didn't like is really the unavailability of the items because they are accessories that are not complicated, like a shoe rack or the small ladder that can be found everywhere else and the waiting times are over 2 months so one shouldn't take advantage of that. On the other hand, there are no promotions or discounts on the amount of my order that I paid in advance.
Still haven't received my entire order.
Surprised to see footprints on my fabric. OK, it doesn't change the quality but it's surprising when you order a quality product. That explains my rating.

In general, I am satisfied but a problem with stock led to a lack of reflection on delivery. I ordered a net and the upper support for it, I only received the support, the net not being available for 2 months!! I have no use for the support without the net, I would have preferred to be offered to cancel the delivery. I therefore found a net on another site, significantly cheaper and of better quality.
Very good product, very good communication. I take away 2 stars because there is no assembly manual and the little that exists is in English. So for a product made in France, hats off!
Very very long delay (but with the confinement problem). One of the items did not meet my expectations (no elastic in the replacement fiberglass arcs for the top of the net, unlike the original part, so quite a hassle to install).
Fast delivery. Satisfactory quality. One might regret the frankly improvable assembly system, especially for the net. The absence of stainless steel screws is a shame for a product intended for outdoor use.

Almost 2 months to get springs seems a bit long to me (not helped by Chronopost, 11 days to deliver.....) I can understand regarding COVID-19 but I think you should also be more vigilant about managing your stock.

Hello, Delivery was perfect. Product quality: Disappointed, the net is much thinner than the one we bought in 2012, the design of the net has regressed, the old one was much more finished and much sturdier but the most alarming thing is the strap fixings which for some broke within the first 24 hours when jumping on the trampoline, they do not hold, the fixing of 20212 was far superior in efficiency and quality. VERY disappointed.. The opening is very narrow, it is really not easy to get out, it is very poorly designed. I am very surprised because in 2012 the net was impeccable, it lasted 8 years without being disassembled even once. I do not understand your new policy, what is the objective that the net does not hold and that we buy one quickly, I do not understand, I who have been advertising for you since 2012???? I will have to replace all the plastic hooks that attach to the springs, I recovered the old ones from the old net but it is not very professional on your part. We received the order on April 8th, noticed a defect in the net and reported it by email that evening.......still no response!!!!!

I sent an email with photos of the product that received shocks. I never got a response to this email.
I paid *** for fast delivery (24/48h). The trampoline arrived just under 2 weeks later. There were noted delays in orders but I thought that by taking this option it would avoid these delays as it was not specified. I therefore find that there is a lack of information on the site. Moreover, there were errors to note in the description. The product seems to be of good quality. However, the manual mentions 1h30 of assembly... and it takes much longer.
