I particularly appreciated the notification and the request for confirmation of the order sent for the replacement carpet, as the number of connection hooks to the structure was lower than the number of hooks of the trampoline in my possession. Based on the exchange of information via email that reassured me that based on their experience with similar cases the item could "fit", I confirmed the order. Given the season, I have not yet proceeded to install it, so I do not yet have the "proven proof".

Fast delivery. The assembly was quite long but it went well. The trampoline seems to be of good quality, to be seen over time.

Very happy with the product, however quite disappointed with the delivery: 45-kilo package and by phone the delivery person informs me that I will have no help to carry it to my door... I have to ask for at least some help to carry it up the 3 steps of my home. How can one think that this can be managed alone and without help?
