The material is compliant. However, we had requested a small commercial gesture as we are regular customers. Every year we renew our equipment. Last year we bought a net but the zipper is of very poor quality and is already broken. No gesture was made....

Almost 2 months to get springs seems a bit long to me (not helped by Chronopost, 11 days to deliver.....) I can understand regarding COVID-19 but I think you should also be more vigilant about managing your stock.

Hello, Delivery was perfect. Product quality: Disappointed, the net is much thinner than the one we bought in 2012, the design of the net has regressed, the old one was much more finished and much sturdier but the most alarming thing is the strap fixings which for some broke within the first 24 hours when jumping on the trampoline, they do not hold, the fixing of 20212 was far superior in efficiency and quality. VERY disappointed.. The opening is very narrow, it is really not easy to get out, it is very poorly designed. I am very surprised because in 2012 the net was impeccable, it lasted 8 years without being disassembled even once. I do not understand your new policy, what is the objective that the net does not hold and that we buy one quickly, I do not understand, I who have been advertising for you since 2012???? I will have to replace all the plastic hooks that attach to the springs, I recovered the old ones from the old net but it is not very professional on your part. If you want quality, you buy French but unfortunately that is no longer the case. If you have any questions, I remain available.

We received the order on April 8th, noticed a defect in the net and reported it by email that evening.......still no response!!!!!

I sent an email with photos of the product that received shocks. I never got a response to this email.
I paid *** for fast delivery (24/48h). The trampoline arrived just under 2 weeks later. There were noted delays in orders but I thought that by taking this option it would avoid these delays as it was not specified. I therefore find that there is a lack of information on the site. Moreover, there were errors to note in the description. The product seems to be of good quality. However, the manual mentions 1h30 of assembly... and it takes much longer.
The product lacks attachments; the cushion does not cover the bar sufficiently; it comes off in places as soon as the children use the trampoline.

Everything is super actually. Unfortunately, the foam was squished into a very small box and now has pressure marks. This should be better packaged.

Hello, the package arrived well but the delivery person left all the packages in the middle of the road, without checking if my husband needed help!!! The product was delivered to me damaged the first time. Fortunately, I was able to be delivered again the next day. I am happy with the responsiveness of my contact (*** I believe), very attentive. The product satisfies me but it is impossible to close the zipper, that’s the big downside... it immediately opens up, which is very dangerous for children.

The received products are of good quality, no problems there. However, when I place my order, I am told that everything is in stock and at the time of payment, I am told 5 days delay for delivery. Great. 10 days later still nothing. I check my inbox and there is a message informing me that there are stock shortages and that I will receive my order as soon as you have received it but without any delay. I was very unhappy. I had to wait 1 month before being delivered. So half of the holidays without a trampoline for the children. Too bad. The rating could have been perfect.

The products are good, the contacts are very attentive, but the delivery is terrible: it took 3 shipments and 1 month to receive everything (first package too fragile that disintegrated in transport with the loss of 4 springs out of 10, second package in cardboard but with ... 3 springs out of 4 ..., third package for the last spring that had the wrong postal code!!) Conclusion: never use Colissimo. Best regards

The trampoline expected between 2/5 working days arrived in 12 days. Communication was poor. The carrier had a significant issue, France Trampoline was not proactive in finding a solution. Otherwise, the product is very good: expect more than 15 days for delivery

I bought a trampoline cover that unfortunately cost me 4 times its price. Indeed, upon arrival of the product, I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay additional fees (in addition to customs fees) even though the DHL transport fees were already exorbitant ***€ (2 times the price of the product)

Very good quality product: the price may seem high but the quality is really there compared to what I have been able to see/buy elsewhere. However, the delivery is catastrophic: deadlines not respected, loss of the product at the delivery location... one piece of advice to France Trampoline: change your service provider!
