Too bad my order is not exactly the requested item. The received item does not fit easily on the trampoline. When the children jump, the cords come off.

Very good product, however delivery was unacceptable! The delivery person left me alone to carry the 192kg between the gate and my garage, over 50m. I expect an explanation from you on this point.

Top delivery service. I was contacted to know my availability. The delivery person was super professional. The 3m dome is easy to assemble but you need at least 2 people. It is really great, of good quality and the accessories too (soft swing, hammock, tent). I am really not disappointed to have chosen a dome instead of a swing for my little 6-year-old boy.
