Effective and fast
I had bought a 3.60m dome and one of the bars had a design flaw. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. They were prompt to respond and very kind. They sent me a new bar to replace the defective one. Thank you sincerely for your seriousness and to France Trampoline which I highly recommend. Best regards

Order postponed for a year (cf Covid and closed establishment). Contacts followed despite all this. A delay in delivery times but understandable given our late decision and the missing custom products in recent months; Delivery ok. Good follow-up. PERFECT
Regarding the trampoline, there are about fifteen plastic fasteners at the end of the elastics that are broken. I don't know if I stretched them too much or if I positioned them incorrectly. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about between the trampoline, the zip line, and the harnesses. Best regards ***

The trampoline is of excellent quality. The concept of the top and bottom ring holding the safety net is great and very reassuring. Small downside, the design of the opening to get in could be improved. It lacks practicality. Last request: I bought 4 weights and one of the four is flat. Is it possible to replace it please? Thank you.

We purchased a rectangular trampoline for our 4-year-old daughter. The quality of the materials is absolutely superior to trampolines on the market with lower prices. Very serious and professional company. There is an excellent quality-to-price ratio. Assembly should be done by two people and is not very quick, as we expected it to be when assembling a structure of that type. In conclusion, I recommend the purchase!
Delivery times very satisfactory, pleasant and very kind delivery person. For assembly, it was with 2 of course. Too bad the ladder is not included.
